·日本安川四伺服驱动，精度准确，机械传动部分减少，可有效减少机械的故障率。整个控制系统采用永宏PLC控制系统。控制箱内接触器全部采用法国施耐德品牌。继电器、断路器采用法国施耐德品牌，光电和接近开关采用日本欧姆龙品牌。

·底模，刀片采用进口钢制作耐磨。

· 整组钉头全部采用特殊钢制作，电脑数控精密加工。

·变换纸箱尺寸和调节纸箱钉距只需一分钟就可完成，大大节省时间操作方便。

·前后双向挡板配置，可订无盖纸箱及小纸板箱、彩箱。

·后段有自动计数功能，做好的成品张数可按设定数量（1-99）分叠送至输 送机械末端，方便打包捆扎。

· 前端送纸部自动计数，送纸台设有光电感应装置，送纸时自动上升。 

·给纸高度：900mm。

·机械速度：500钉/分钟。

·一台两用，可钉单片接钉纸箱，双片接钉纸箱，不规则纸箱。

·尺寸采用全电动式控制，变换尺寸只需2-3分钟。
