整机控制系统采用PLC控制系统；整机触控采用高清分辨率屏幕；整机按钮继电器、断路器采用进口一线品牌；进口伺服电器及驱动设备。高度响应，准确灵敏，有效减少机械的故障率。编码器、光电传感器和接近传感器采用进口等一线品牌，电磁阀控制器，气缸采用一线品牌，导轨丝杆采用台湾等一线品牌，底模刀片用合金材质，整组钉头全部采用特殊钢材，电脑数控多工序精密加工。 可钉单钉/，双钉//，加强钉（//   // //   //）一次性完成，能适合不同客户对钉种的不同要求。

2. 机械手折合部：（Manipulator fold）

·纸板输送由两两对带推杆的链条完成

·对纸箱进行预压

·对纸箱进行碰线操作

·纸箱进行预折，机械臂将纸箱完全折叠

·折叠后的纸箱由机械手前档后拍整齐

3、钉部（Stitching Part）

四工位运行（Four Station Operation）

第一工位：预压轮、啤线（Station 1: Preloading wheel, beer line）

第二工位：压片、机械手完成折叠（Station 2: Tablet pressing and manipulator folding）

第三工位：机械手前档后拍（Station 3: Front gear and back clap of manipulator）

第四工位：在机械手拍打正确位置后入钉，保证定形准确不再移位

（Position 4: Screw in after the manipulator taps the correct position to ensure the setting is accurate and no displacement）

·预压纸坑，减少顶角（Pre press paper pit to reduce top angle）
